As the only NGO focused solely on Antarctica and the Southern Ocean, ASOC takes seriously its mission to educate the public about Antarctic environmental issues and news. We also strive to provide general information about Antarctica itself and Antarctic governance, as well as links to other sources for this information. Information provided by ASOC falls into the following categories:

• Latest News: A regularly updated collection of notable news stories related to the Antarctic.
• Publications: A list of official papers, newspaper commentary, press releases, and other documents produced by ASOC staff, campaigners, and colleagues.
• ASOC Blog: A weblog written by ASOC staff and campaigners that provides commentary on Antarctic news and other related items of interest.
• ASOC in the News: A list of media mentions and appearances of ASOC and our campaigners.
• Press Contacts: ASOC staff and campaigners are available to provide expertise on many subjects in multiple languages. This page lists the names and contact information of our experts.
