Antarctic fur seals severely affected by climate change


Research carried out by scientists from the British Antarctic Survey and Bielefeld University in Germany shows that the fur seal population is in decline. They analysed data gathered from as far back as 1981 in order to assess the changes in generations of female fur seals on South Georgia in the South Atlantic Ocean.
